In 1994 he founded Maximum Fabio Romano Ro.Ca works as a company specialized in the construction of turnkey industrial plants and installation of electrical, automation and instrumentation for chemical companies, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, textiles, environmental recovery, water treatment and Oil & Gas. Today Ro.Ca plant has a 20 years of experience in the design industry and plant engineering and currently employs approximately 50 employees. Ro.Ca works so inside two divisions: instrumental and the mechanical one. The staff is qualified and responsible personnel within the individual Datum features as well as being regularly updated legal and educational standpoint.

Mission

The objective of the company is to create value for themselves, their customers, their employees and for the company. The involvement of multiple disciplines helps improve coordination, time optimization and thus reducing the costs of implementation. Among the big names of the companies for which Ro.Ca works works appear Fincantieri, Enel, Eni and other important Italian and foreign companies.

Taking a cue from the objective of the company is to create value for themselves, their customers, their employees and for society, it is natural to share, the internalization and behavior guided by a constant with respect to values such as honesty, integrity, transparency, reliability and sense of responsibility. The code of ethics is the result of this reflection and represents a set of concrete rules and principles which inspire and follow, that must represent the fundamental basis of all activity and define the guidelines that should be characterized by behaviors in internal and external relations. This code of ethics is the value for the administrator, for all employees, for anyone working permanently or temporarily on behalf of the company, and all those who cooperate with Ro.Ca relations systems of any kind.

Quality and safety first

The Ro.Ca impianti has adopted a management system for quality, environment and security for all activities related to its production. Such quality, environment and safety management system is in accordance with the prescription of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

QHSE system management policy of Ro.Ca plant plans to:

•Protect the safety of its employees, clients, and third parties involved in its operations;

•Make the environment safe, healthy and productive workplace for all employees;;

•Make compatible its activities with environmental needs of the community in which it operates.

•For this reason Ro.Ca impianti has as purpose, achieving and maintaining as primary objectives:

•the quality,

•loccupational safety

•Environmental protection; The implementation of the business management system is fully shared and endorsed by the General management and administrative authority of the company. The Ro.Ca holds also in 2011 qualification certification for public works SOA for categories OS30 class II.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT &
PROJET CONTROL MANAGEMENT

Ro.Ca systems has a good management structure capable of dealing with the management and supervision of major projects, analyze and manage all project phases, to prepare all of its reporting, starting from the engineering phase, up to the latest delivery installations or activities. The activities normally carried out include Project Management and Project Control Management.
