During the development of the most important jobs at the company, customers have often required engineers to Ro.Ca plants, to develop extensions, modifications or revamping.
Ro.Ca works now has a technical office that develops and provides mechanical engineering services, electrical, instrumental and automation by providing, in engineering documentation, all useful details to supplies and installations in the field as well as all procedures for the development of: factory testing of items, precommissioning, site acceptance test, commissioning, start-up and test run of the plant. The technical department develops projects in full compliance with national and international legislation. For large projects the Business Management Appoints Project Engineer.
These are dedicated to support the Project Manager in the technical coordination of the job and the relationship between the various engineering disciplines and vendors in order to respect the programming activities and its budget.
FIBER OPTIC
The increasing diffusion of electronics in the control of the increasingly improved over the need to send in the works a fair amount of data. So many works, you use with significant cost savings and service reliability, fiber optic cables. This type of cable is among the many advantages of being able to be placed in the vicinity of medium and high voltage cables without being affected minimante from them. Ro.Ca imipianti has qualified staff and resources to carry out all the activities involved in both single-mode fiber cables that multimodal which:
• Installation of fiber optic cables with special protection necessary for the type of cable and the respect of the radii of curvature;
• Terminations of individual optical fibres for butt fusion;
• Instrumental Certification of terminations using OTDR;
• Design of joints
• Certification of the joints before they are put into service. 23
MANAGEMENT
Ro.Ca impianti dispone di una struttura gestionale di ottimo livello capace di occuparsi del management e del controllo di importanti progetti, di analizzare e gestire tutte le fasi progettuali, di redigere tutto il relativo reporting, a partire dalla fase dell’ingegnerizzazione, fino alle ultime attività di consegna degli impianti o dei manufatti. Le attività normalmente espletate includono il Project Management ed il Project Control Management.
